Job Title: Java Backend Developer

Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend services. This role requires a deep understanding of backend technologies and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java.
• Build and manage microservices architecture to ensure seamless integration and performance.
• Develop and maintain REST APIs to support frontend and third-party applications.
• Utilize Conductor for orchestrating microservices workflows.
• Deploy, manage, and scale applications using Kubernetes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner.
• Ensure code quality through automated tests, code reviews, and pair programming.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong experience with backend development using Java.
• Hands-on experience with microservices architecture.
• Proficiency in designing and implementing REST APIs.
• Experience with Conductor for workflow orchestration.
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes for application deployment and management.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.

• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.

The base salary range for this position is $91,457 - $137,186 , plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies. Benefits available to eligible employees in this role include medical, dental, and vision insurance, comprehensive employee assistance program, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off and holidays.
