Your Role

The role includes managing our marketing operations, writing marketing materials (Professional English level is a must), developing and executing marketing plans, nurturing relationships with potential clients, creating a strategy for brand's social media, and promoting experimental products for the company to test.

As a Marketing Associate, you will be crucial in developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.

What we look for:

You are highly motivated and interested in economic development and specifically in startup ecosystems, and want to work together with an established and fun team.

Please note that a full command of English at a professional level, including excellent writing and communication skills, is a critical requirement for this role.

A bonus would be active previous involvement with startup ecosystems, e.g., working in a startup-related organization.

Familiarity with the following tools or equivalent is advantageous, but not required: Mailchimp, Unbounce, WordPress CMS, Google Analytics 4, and Semrush.

Responsibilities of This Role

• Write compelling copy for various marketing materials, including website content, blog posts, reports, social media updates, newsletters, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
• Handle SEO-related tasks such as keyword research and competitor analysis to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
• Execute lead generation strategies to attract potential customers and nurture leads.
• Analyze marketing data and metrics to track campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
• Assist in brand management efforts to ensure consistent messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels.
• Support public relations activities, including drafting press releases, coordinating media outreach, and managing relationships with media contacts.
• Build strategic partnerships with media outlets, communities, associations, and other ecosystem stakeholders to enhance traction and expand our influence.

The process and conditions

• The starting monthly salary will range depending on experience and skills, and will grow as you help the company achieve its goals.
• There will be initial filtering questions, or a test task evaluation, and several interviews, so you can get to know our team in the process.
• This contract includes 26 days a year of paid vacation.
