About the Position:
Contribute to the design and delivery of intuitive, accessible, and visually cohesive digital interfaces for global enterprise clients. Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, developers, and UX designers to transform business requirements and user needs into elegant, scalable UI solutions that align with client goals and Object Edge's standards.
What You’ll Do:
Deliver high-quality UI design work across projects
Translate wireframes and product requirements into pixel-perfect, responsive UI designs using Figma. Ensure design quality, visual consistency, and scalability across breakpoints and interaction states.
Contribute to design systems, style guides, and UI kits
Create, evolve, and maintain design systems, UI kits, and style guides that support both client and internal needs. Ensure consistency in components, design tokens, and documentation, supporting scalable, efficient design and development workflows.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams
Work side by side with developers, UX designers, and product managers to align on goals, share feedback, and ensure accurate implementation. Participate actively in standups, design reviews, and grooming sessions.
Support user-centered decisions
Apply UX best practices and user feedback to guide design decisions. When needed, support research efforts, UI audits, or validation sessions to ensure designs meet user needs and business objectives.
Maintain clear documentation and specs
Keep Figma files clean and structured, with organized components, proper naming, and handoff-ready specs. Provide annotations and visual references to support development and QA teams.
Demonstrate ownership and continuous improvement
Proactively identify areas for UI improvement, spot inconsistencies, and bring forward design enhancements. Stay current with trends, accessibility standards, and contribute to team learning and knowledge sharing.
Required Qualifications:
Strong visual design skills
Solid foundation in layout, typography, color, and spacing. Able to create polished, accessible, and consistent interfaces that align with brand and usability standards.
Proficiency in Figma
Experienced in using Figma for creating responsive designs, UI kits, components, prototypes, and developer-ready specs. Comfortable working with shared libraries, design tokens, and version control.
Clear and effective communication
Able to present and explain design decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Comfortable giving and receiving feedback in design critiques and team discussions.
Team-oriented mindset
Collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams across time zones. Open, respectful, and proactive in shared problem-solving.
Sense of accountability
Takes ownership of tasks, communicates expectations and blockers, and follows through reliably on deadlines and responsibilities.
Creative and practical problem-solver
Approaches challenges with curiosity, balancing creativity with feasibility, user needs, and business goals.
Basic understanding of web and mobile development
Familiar with HTML, CSS, responsive behavior, and how designs are implemented across platforms. Able to speak the same language as developers to ensure smooth handoff and implementation.

Compensation:
Salary is commensurate with experience based on department and role.
