The Director of Key Accounts, AMR will be an instrumental part of the Key Accounts team, to assist in executing retention (NRR), cross sell (Performance to SaaS conversion) and upsell strategy across named accounts in AMR.  They will be tasked to work with internal stakeholders (including, but not limited to CS, Services, Finance, Marketing, Sales, Legal and Partnerships) to ensure alignment with company goals, as set by senior management. This key associate will establish direct relationships with key external stakeholders and be a strong commercial representative of the company in market.

 

Purpose of the Role:

  • The mission of the Key Accounts team is to maximize the renewal, expansion, and enterprise value of the company's largest and most strategic accounts worldwide
  • In line with our corporate goal of accelerating growth, this role will seek to retain and grow a subset of our company’s most important accounts. The focus will be on the Commercial relationship with said accounts, allowing the CS function to invest in operational excellence and the delivery of SLAs.
  • As a Director, this role will require ongoing collaboration & communication with other members within the Key Accounts team, as well as the CS & Services organizations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be the subject matter expert on our client agreements, and own the renewal process on all named Key accounts.
  • Develop & execute on a renewal pipeline to ensure proactive commitments from our client base on continued retention/
  • Assist the SVP Global Key Accounts in developing a pipeline for upsell opportunities, as well as converting client contract structures to SAAS fee (vs performance)
  • Develop “win-win” retention strategies in concert with key internal stakeholders and with our clients.
  • Present clear, measure Commercial value and ROI to Key Accounts.
  • Communicate Key Account strategies and go-to-market (GTM) opportunities to global brands seeking to enter and/or accelerate with the Region.
  • Represent the company at Industry events & trade shows.
  • Use the feedback from clients to identify opportunities to improve our products, services, processes, systems, and tools for the entire client base
  • Work across Partnerize teams to ensure client-specific needs are met in existing products
  • Share industry knowledge across all teams

Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree 
  • 5-10 years experience in the digital or affiliate space
  • Experience in crafting, reviewing, negotiating and executing comprehensive Commercial agreements
  • Experience in both Business Development & Operations
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience building lasting relationships internally & externally
  • Experience developing and executing strategy at a corporate and departmental level
  • Strong organizational skills to provide their team and senior leadership clear direction
  • Experience in stakeholder management
  • Microsoft Suite including Word, Excel, Powerpoint
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Ability to travel up to 25%
