Position Summary 

Blackbird Clinical Services is looking to hire an Independently Licensed Mental Health Therapist Virginia, Contract to join our growing team. This remote role will work with our Behavioral Health team to deliver high quality direct care to patients and their families. Our ideal candidate has experience and a passion for working with children, adolescents and young adults. This role supports our patients' needs for afterschool, evening and weekend direct care, virtual, telehealth therapy sessions.

  • Willing to go the extra mile when working with families, with the flexibility and willingness to reschedule with patients, if needed

  • Lead individual telehealth therapy sessions to youth ages 2-26
  • Participate in consultation to enhance clinical skills and receive feedback and support
  • Collaborate and engage with other healthcare professionals and families
  • Maintain thorough patient records and documentation
  • Commit to a minimum of 5 hours per week during core hours, after 4pm Monday through Friday and 8am-7pm Weekends

The basics you’ll need:
  • Independently licensed as a LPC, LMFT, LCSW, PsyD in Virginia
  • Possess (1) one year of experience working with children and adolescent patients
  • Have (1) one year of experience working in a telehealth or virtual setting
  • Own your own phone, computer, and high speed internet
  • Commit to a minimum of 5 hour commitment during core hours, after 4pm Monday through Friday and 8am-7pm Weekends
Salary Range
$90$100 USD
