We're seeking a SailPoint Architect to join the Delivery Services team at KeyData Cyber! In this position, you'll collaborate with clients and technical teams to fulfill customer needs, taking a hands-on approach to all technical aspects of SailPoint IIQ implementation.

Location: Canada, Remote

Responsibilities:

  • Design, integration, and deployment of IAM products in client environments.
  • Requirements gathering, analysis, and technical design of IAM solutions.
  • Communicating to clients what standard OOTB requirements are as well as what requires customization.
  • Overseeing development work and communicating what is needed.
  • Communicating to clients on aspects of both the product and the implementation at the technical and/or functional level
  • Post-sales requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.
  • Working with client’s post-implementation for user testing, debugging, support, and maintenance
  • Managing project scope, schedules, status updates, and documentation
  • Experience with onboarding 100s of applications and being able to design solutions to optimize onboarding processes

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of professional work experience as part of an enterprise software company or systems integrator. This should include 5+ years of enterprise software implementation experience.
  • Experience in gathering IAM business requirements and developing technical design documents.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ.
  • Java development experience is a must.
  • Strong experience in public/private cloud, and modern IT infrastructure, including virtual machines, network routing, and firewalls.
  • Experience with PKI infrastructure is highly desirable and considered a significant advantage.
  • Practical experience with major Enterprise architecture frameworks
  • Extensive knowledge of security applications, specifically around identity management and account creation/maintenance, as well as 3rd party IAM offerings
  • Working knowledge of directories including Active Directory, Azure AD (cloud), HR systems, ITSM solutions, and PAM solutions.
  • Experience with the following programming languages: Java, BeanShell/JavaScript, SQL.
  • Experience with the following web technologies: XML, SCIM, Web and Application Servers, HTML.
  • Experience setting up and installing software on both Windows and Unix (Linux, Sun, HP, AIX) platforms.
  • Experience with API Development which includes Restful APIs.
  • Experience with Databases (Oracle, Sybase, MSSQL, MySQL).
  • Experience with enterprise systems (SAP, PeopleSoft) a plus.
  • Familiarity with identity management provisioning systems (Sun, Oracle, IBM, Novell) a plus.
  • Familiarity with RBAC concepts including IT and Business roles is required.
  • Strong communication skills, encompassing both written and verbal skills, along with experience collaborating with clients and partners.
  • Proficiency in conducting product demos and presentations is required.
  • Experience with Project Management duties (project planning, resource management, scope, schedule and status, documentation).
  • Experience with QA duties is a plus (usability testing, performance testing, automated testing, test scripts, test cases, and test plans).
  • Security software or internal IT audit experience a plus.
