About the Role

As a Senior Product Manager, you’ll serve as a key liaison between client stakeholders, internal teams, and technical experts to deliver innovative software solutions. You’ll play a strategic role in leading globally distributed Agile teams, running client-facing discovery sessions, and managing the full software product lifecycle for high-impact digital projects at some of the world’s top organizations.

Responsibilities

Lead and motivate cross-functional, globally distributed Agile teams throughout all phases of the product lifecycle
Organize and facilitate customer workshops and discovery sessions to prioritize requirements and define project scope
Serve as the main point of contact between client stakeholders and internal development teams, maintaining strong relationships and fostering trust
Oversee the delivery of software solutions on time and within scope, ensuring all technical and business requirements are met
Communicate project status, risks, and milestones to both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior client executives and PM teams
Drive continuous improvement of Agile processes and team performance
Other duties as assigned

About You

Qualifications & Skills

5+ years of relevant project management experience leading software development initiatives
Proven leadership skills, with experience managing and motivating technical and cross-functional teams
Strong client-facing abilities and expertise in managing relationships with client stakeholders at all levels
Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written); able to collaborate with PM teams and global stakeholders
Solid understanding of core software development technologies and practices
Hands-on experience with Agile development methodologies for distributed teams
Skilled in running requirement elicitation and prioritization workshops
Experience managing the end-to-end software product lifecycle

Nice to have:

Experience working with FINTECH projects or clients
Agile certification (e.g., Scrum Master, Product Owner)
