Job description

Role Overview:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Creative Assistant to support our internal team with content creation and organization. This is a behind-the-scenes role—not client-facing—and is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured, fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Create visual content including basic graphics and short-form video clips. Edit the content based on brand guidelines provided by our creative leads.
  • Write engaging captions tailored to each client's brand voice.
  • Organize and schedule social media posts across various platforms (typically 4–5 posts per week per client).
  • Follow content calendars and ensure deadlines are met consistently.
  • Collaborate with team leads to ensure all content goes through internal approval processes.
  • Maintain organized content libraries and assist in content planning.

Requirements

  • Proven experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) and basic video editing.
  • Solid writing skills for caption creation.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong time management.
  • Ability to follow creative direction and brand guidelines closely.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and Cloud Campaign scheduling software, or similar (e.g.  Buffer, Later, Hootsuite).
  • Strong fluency in American English (spoken and written) is essential, as all content and communication will be in English.
  • Self-starter with a collaborative mindset—comfortable working independently and as part of a team.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in a marketing agency or content-heavy environment.
  • Understanding of content trends and social media best practices.

  • Client Relationship : You will be directly working with the client. This means that you will communicate with the client, provide services, and address any client-related matters independently.
  • Payments : All payments for your services will be handled by the client. Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll. Your salary will directly go to you. 
  • Vacation Leaves and Holidays : While we may have recommendations or guidelines regarding vacation leaves and holidays, the decision is entirely at the discretion of the client. You are expected to align your schedule with the client’s business needs and any specific policies or preferences they may have in this regard. 

Salary : $1200- $1600 per month
