You won’t inherit a 300-person sales floor or a call center full of button-pushers. You’ll lead a small, high-performing team and take it to elite levels. Your mission: drive revenue, coach mastery, and set the standard.

We already have:

Now we need someone who can turn great reps into killers, and build a machine that scales.

Your Core Responsibilities
  • Coach Daily: Review 2 sales calls per rep, per week. Provide written feedback. Prioritize high-impact changes. Run daily roleplays to drill it in.

  • Enforce Standards: No tolerance for laziness or low output. KPI targets are sacred. Miss quota two weeks in a row? You put them back in training.

  • Motivate Relentlessly: Lead daily huddles, celebrate wins, and keep competition alive with monthly sales contests. You bring the energy.

  • Build Culture: You are the thermostat, not the thermometer. You set the tone through discipline, conviction, and clarity.

  • Own Onboarding: Run a 14-day ramp plan including curated call libraries, question-based script mastery, and roleplay testing.

  • Hire and Fire: You will add A-players and cut the bottom 10% quarterly. We scale by subtraction as much as addition.

  • Lead by Example: First to the meeting. Clean CRM. Checklist done. Calm under pressure. You do the work, so your reps want to do the work.
