Job description

Job Requirements

We’re looking for a data-savvy professional who brings:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, insights, or Reporting (preferably in marketing or product analytics)
  • Hands-on experience with SQL, Excel, Python or R
  • Familiarity with ETL processes, APIs, and data pipeline creation
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., Google Cloud, AWS) and modern data storage systems
  • Proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, or Looker Studio
  • Understanding of statistical methods like regression, A/B testing, and predictive modeling
  • Experience with digital marketing and product analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads)
  • Ability to present data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience in segmentation, cohort/audience analysis, attribution modeling, and data storytelling
  • A proactive mindset with strong work ethic and a positive attitude

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Collaborate across marketing, product, and leadership teams to drive data-informed strategies
  • Frame business questions into testable hypotheses and define KPIs (CAC, LTV, churn, conversion, etc.)
  • Set up and maintain measurement plans and benchmarks
  • Connect and manage data from various sources (analytics, CRM, eCommerce, ads platforms)
  • Ensure data accuracy and pipeline reliability in coordination with data engineering
  • Conduct customer segmentation and behavioral analysis (cohorts, journeys)
  • Apply statistical models and predictive analytics to generate actionable insights
  • Perform attribution analysis to evaluate campaign/channel effectiveness
  • Build dashboards and visual reports using BI tools with scheduled updates
  • Validate and maintain dashboard integrity and usability
  • Translate complex findings into clear, strategic recommendations
  • Contribute to data literacy across teams through training and documentation
  • Continuously refine strategies based on evolving metrics and business needs
