Senior Product Designer @HR Platform

About the company:

We are working with PeopleForce, an innovative company revolutionizing employee management through its unified HR platform. PeopleForce is at the forefront of streamlining the entire employee lifecycle, empowering businesses to optimize their HR processes.

About the role:

We are looking for a Product Designer with at least 4 years of experience to join their talented product team. This role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams and reporting to the lead designer, ensuring consistency and clarity across all design elements.

In this role you’ll be:

• Collaborate with teams across the company to design and maintain web and mobile applications.
• Lead user research, interface design, and prototyping.
• Create high-fidelity mockups and prototypes to communicate design concepts.
• Work with advanced design components to ensure consistency across products.

About you:

• 4+ years of experience in product design, ideally within a SaaS/B2B tech product company.
• Senior-level expertise in design tools, specifically Figma (components, auto layout, etc.).
• A portfolio that showcases thoughtful UI/UX work across desktop and mobile products.
• Familiarity with or interest in AI-powered prototyping tools (Claude, Bolt, Cursor, Replit, etc.)
• Ability to make well-reasoned design decisions and articulate them effectively.
• Upper-Intermediate+ English level
