Position Overview
AmeriSave is seeking a Senior Test Engineer to join our high-impact Marketing team, focused on Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO). You’ll lead experimentation efforts using VWO and Google Analytics to design, implement, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests that drive measurable improvements in user experience and conversion performance.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and execution of A/B and multivariate tests using VWO.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, design, and engineering teams to define test hypotheses and KPIs.
  • Ensure test accuracy through rigorous QA and validation processes.
  • Analyze test results using Google Analytics and other tools to extract actionable insights.
  • Maintain and prioritize a robust backlog of test ideas aligned with business goals.
  • Mentor junior team members and help establish best practices for experimentation.
  • Monitor user behavior and site performance to identify optimization opportunities.
 
Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in CRO, QA, or front-end engineering roles.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and browser debugging tools.
  • Hands-on experience with VWO and Google Analytics is required.
  • Strong understanding of statistical significance, test design, and experimentation frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in mortgage, fintech, or lead generation environments.
  • Familiarity with tag management systems like Google Tag Manager.
  • Awareness of accessibility and performance optimization best practices.

Compensation: 
Annual compensation range for this position is $100,000 - $170,000. Compensation commensurate with experience.
