About the role:

Our client is looking for a remote Commercial Litigation Paralegal with 8–10 years of experience in Commercial Litigation. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of English and experience working with U.S.-based law firms. Proficiency with commercial litigation software is a must. This role requires someone who can provide comprehensive support to litigation attorneys, manage documentation and deadlines, and handle confidential material with professionalism and precision.

Prior experience in commercial litigation at a U.S. law firm is preferred

What you’ll be doing:

Supporting attorneys through all phases of commercial litigation, including pre-trial preparation, filing, discovery, and trial support.
Drafting and managing legal documents, pleadings, motions, and correspondence.
Organizing case files and maintaining litigation calendars.
Coordinating with clients, courts, and legal teams.
Conducting legal research and compiling case-related data.
Utilizing commercial litigation software (e.g., Relativity, Everlaw, Concordance) to manage case information and discovery.
Ensuring compliance with court deadlines and procedures.

Position: Commercial Litigation Paralegal

Remote Status: Fully Remote

Preferred Location: DRC and Latin America

Working Hours: 9 am to 5 pm EST

Salary: USD 1800 to USD 2200 per month
