Our Client is a, Malaysian manufacturer of high-quality Medium Density Fibreboard (MDF) and value-added wood panel products like UV Coated Panels and Moulded Door Skins. The company adheres to international quality standards and invests in advanced production technologies to meet global customer demands.

They are seeking for a Sales Executive to manage and grow domestic sales by identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and developing strategic plans for revenue growth.

Job Duties :

Manages Malaysia domestic sales of the companys products and services and ensure consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning.

Identify objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short and long-term sales.

Identifies new business opportunities in Malaysia domestic market by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.

Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and services.

Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.

Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information for domestic market.

Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.

Qualification

Diploma / Degree in Marketing or Business studies are preferred or any related discipline.
A minimum of 1 year related experience in manufacturing environment / wood based industry would be an added advantage
Problem-solving and strong analytical skills in developing sales & marketing strategies
Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Mandarin/ English
Ability to travel within the region (Muar, JB, KL)
