Role: ServiceNow GRC / IRM Developer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow GRC / IRM Developer to join our team and support the design, development, and implementation of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) / Integrated Risk Management (IRM) solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience configuring and customizing ServiceNow GRC applications and working closely with stakeholders to streamline risk and compliance processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow GRC/IRM modules such as:
- Policy and Compliance Management
- Risk Management
- Audit Management
- Vendor Risk Management
- Business Continuity Management
Customize workflows, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies within the ServiceNow platform.
Collaborate with risk, compliance, audit, and security teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions.
Maintain and enhance existing GRC solutions to improve user experience and performance.
Integrate ServiceNow with external systems (e.g., vulnerability scanners, CMDB, security tools).
Conduct system testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
Provide documentation and training for end-users and administrators.
Stay up to date with new features and best practices in ServiceNow and the GRC domain.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

3+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development.
2+ years specifically with ServiceNow GRC/IRM modules.
Strong understanding of GRC processes, frameworks (NIST, ISO, SOC, etc.), and regulatory requirements.
Experience in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript), Flow Designer, and Integration Hub.
Familiarity with CMDB, Service Catalog, and ServiceNow core modules.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
