Summary - The ideal candidate will work closely with Product Owners, Solution Architects, and cross-functional Agile teams to define business requirements and support the delivery of high-value solutions aligned with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) principles in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with Product Managers and Product Owners to gather and refine business and technical requirements.
Translate business needs into clear, concise user stories with acceptance criteria, maintaining a well-groomed product backlog.
Participate in PI (Program Increment) Planning, System Demos, and Inspect and Adapt workshops.
Support the Agile team during iteration planning and execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Analyze and document business processes and workflows; identify areas for improvement.
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the technical team, ensuring a shared understanding of requirements and goals.
Assist in defining and validating solution features and capabilities during the development cycle.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the ART and support SAFe best practices.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferably in business, engineering or related field.
Significant experience in U.S. retirement industry specifically around recordkeeping retirement plans operations and services is highly preferred or related experience in more than one financial services area including wealth management, asset management, investment management, payroll management and banking.
Hands-on experience with large-scale enterprise systems or digital transformation initiatives covering one or more areas of workflow implementations, data migrations strategies and bulk conversion of book of business.
Knowledge of user experience (UX) design and human-centered design principles.
2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in an Agile environment; experience writing Epics, Features and User Stories within a SAFe framework strongly preferred.
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum principles and Lean-Agile mindset.
SAFe certification (e.g., SAFe Agilist, SAFe Practitioner, or SAFe POPM) is a plus.
Proficient in tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar Agile project management tools.
Excellent analytical, communication, and facilitation skills.
