Customer Support Representative Customer Support representatives will answer calls and e-mails from customers.
Duration: Temp to Hire Pay: $17.50/hr for bilingual Hours: 8-5 pm Mon-Fri, Located: WFH Work From Home The Customer Support department's goal is to provide premiere customer service to our buying customers and selling clients through efficient, clear, and timely resolutions to customer inquiries through phones and email. Representatives are expected to be knowledgeable and adhere to policy and procedure, federal and state regulations, and maintain an enthusiasm for relentless improvement. New associates may be trained in any of our following departments: Inbound Communication, Disputes, Scheduling, or Account Verification; however, we are a growing department and may add additional departments. New associates will be provided documented training, as well as "at the spot " training in preparation for their roles. The following skills are necessary for a Customer Support representative: 1. Communication Skills
2. Positive and professional attitude
3. The ability to adapt to changes in policy and procedure
4. Computer skills including accurate typing and Excel
5. A desire to help customers and an eye for improvement.
Must have a clean criminal background.
