About The Role
We’re hiring a Marketing Operations Coordinator to bring structure, clarity, and execution power to our marketing team. You’ll be the glue that keeps campaigns, content, events, and partner efforts running smoothly – building repeatable processes, streamlining workflows, coordination, and supporting across the team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in organized chaos, loves a checklist, and gets energy from making things more efficient.
What You’ll Do
○ Optimize and maintain marketing templates, task boards, calendars, and internal comms
○ Track and support campaign timelines across Social, Content, Design, Events
○ Coordinate meetings, take notes, summarize actions, and follow up on deliverables
○ Help manage event logistics – vendor tracking, contracts, scheduling, and reporting
○ Support partner, ambassador, and community story sourcing for campaigns
○ Own marketing form hygiene, including HubSpot/Sprout Social list management and consent tracking
○ Ensure internal documentation and planning spaces (e.g. Notion, Airtable) stay up to date
○ Support async marketing coordination via weekly updates and shared trackers
○ Act as a connector across teams, working closely with Comms and Design to ensure alignment on cross-functional plans and timelines
You Should Apply If You
○ Have some hands-on experience with marketing operations tools or workflows — whether it’s managing content calendars, supporting campaign rollouts, or keeping CRM or project boards up to date
○ Are obsessively organized, proactive, and get satisfaction from ticking off tasks
○ Like being the person behind the scenes who makes the whole machine work better
○ Have experience working in or adjacent to marketing teams, events, or content ops
○ Communicate clearly and concisely – especially in async or remote settings
○ Can juggle multiple workstreams and love making messy things neat
Bonus Points For
○ Experience with tools like Notion (highly preferred), Airtable, HubSpot, and Slack integrations.
○ Working knowledge of GDPR/email marketing list compliance
○ Past work in remote teams, tech startups, or Web3 communities
