As a Senior Analyst, Revenue Operations, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor to the Partner Leadership team, focusing on strategic planning, sales optimization, all things GTM, and operational excellence. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams—including Sales, Marketing, & Finance – to drive performance, streamline processes, and support scalable growth initiatives. This high-impact role thrives in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities and offers visibility across the organization, including executive leadership. Projects will span both strategic and operational efforts such as go-to-market (GTM) planning, territory alignment, PRM (Partner Relationship Management) optimization, data quality improvement, sales pipeline management, market segmentation, and business performance reviews. We’re looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented individual with a startup mindset, analytical rigor, and the ability to navigate ambiguity while managing multiple priorities effectively.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:Serve as a strategic partner across GTM planning, processes, systems, and analyticsCollaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to ensure alignment and transparencyOwn funnel analytics and reporting across the lead-to-revenue lifecycle (conversion rates, pipeline velocity, health metrics)Drive forecasting excellence and facilitate weekly forecast calls to monitor deal progressionLead revenue planning initiatives, including headcount modeling and sales capacity planningOptimize partner and sales processes, including pipeline hygiene, forecast accuracy, and territory alignmentDefine KPIs and maintain dashboards that offer real-time insights into lead quality, campaign effectiveness, and sales performancePartner with Finance to align compensation planning and quota targets with company objectivesSupport enablement by collaborating with Sales and Partner teams to implement process improvementsIdentify and remove friction points across the customer journey to improve conversion rates and revenue efficiencyDeliver executive-level reporting and revenue insights to support board and leadership discussionsWHAT YOU BRING:3+ years of experience in Partner Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM strategy, preferably in high-growth B2B SaaS environmentsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in modeling and interpreting complex business dataProficiency in Salesforce (required) and PRM platforms (e.g., Impartner)Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BIAdvanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including modeling and forecastingDeep understanding of sales funnels, pipeline metrics, forecasting, GTM planning, and territory designProven ability to manage cross-functional projects under tight deadlines while adapting to shifting prioritiesStrong communication and stakeholder management skills; able to influence across multiple departments and leadership levelsFamiliarity with SQL or similar data query tools (a plus)A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with a passion for scalable, results-focused operationsIf required for this role, you will: Complete security & privacy literacy and awareness training during onboarding and annually there after Review (initially and annually thereafter), understand, and adhere to Information Security/Privacy Policies and Procedures such as (but not limited to):
