Kyros Recovery is a start-up venture in the Substance Use Disorder industry. It provides peer recovery support services using a proprietary recovery management software platform. Our electronic health record (EHR) recovery platform provides instant, centralized access to resources, provider care, and peer recovery support for individuals with substance use disorder.
Position Summary: This position will be responsible for the maintenance of the electronic health record platform, capable of managing, maintaining, and enhancing our service offerings to the recovery community and service providers. The Lead Software Engineer will design, develop and maintain a scalable platform.
This position requires the ability to work with a small cross functional team and internal stakeholders. Must be willing and capable of being a solo engineer with a growth mindset and a willingness to create a best-in-class engineering team over time.
Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Work Location: This position is primarily remote from either the state of Minnesota or Ohio. On occasion there will be a requirement for the Lead Software Engineer to be in person in the Twin Cities, MN or in Ohio in one of the following locations: Columbus, Cleveland, Cincinnati, Dayton, Akron, Toledo,
