Manager, Analytics

• Lead and develop a team of analysts to leverage healthcare data for new product development.
• Partner with Product and other stakeholders to define and prioritize product initiatives.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering and Application Development teams to design and implement data-driven solutions.
• Identify and drive process improvements and operational efficiencies.
• Ensure the accuracy, quality, and integrity of analytical processes and deliverables.
• Champion a customer-first approach in product development.
• Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies in data analytics.
• Uphold high technology standards and best practices across the team.
• Communicate insights and status updates effectively to stakeholders.
• Tailor communication to match the technical understanding of diverse audiences.
• Manage project tracking tools, including Azure DevOps and Salesforce.

• 5+ years of analytics experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role, with a strong background in medical claims data and the ability to work confidently with incomplete or ambiguous data.
• Proficiency in Python for data analysis, including data wrangling, visualization, and statistical modeling.
• Strong experience with SQL Server for querying, transforming, and managing large datasets.
• Familiarity with business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
• Strong problem-solving, investigative, and critical thinking skills – you like to dig deeper and have a strong track record converting complex data into actionable insights/products.
• Exceptional attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and thorough validation of work.
• Highly organized and self-motivated, able to manage time effectively with the ability to manage multiple projects independently.

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field.
• Pharmacy (Rx) claims experience
• Experience with cloud analytics platforms such as Databricks.

• Work Environment: You’ll need a quiet workspace that is free from distractions.
• Technology: Reliable internet connection—if you can use streaming services, you’re good to go!
• Security: Adherence to company security protocols, including the use of VPNs, secure passwords, and company-approved devices/software.
• Location: You must be US based, in a location where you can work effectively and comply with company policies such as HIPAA.
