About This Opportunity: As a Manager of Analytics, you’ll lead a team of analysts in turning healthcare data into innovative products. You’ll work closely with Product, Data Engineering, and App Development teams to ensure high-quality data, improve processes, and keep the customer experience front and center. You'll also track project progress, share insights with stakeholders, and stay current on industry trends and tech standards.Things You’ll Do Here: - Lead and develop a team of analysts to leverage healthcare data for new product development.
- Partner with Product and other stakeholders to define and prioritize product initiatives.
- Collaborate with Data Engineering and Application Development teams to design and implement data-driven solutions.
- Identify and drive process improvements and operational efficiencies.
- Ensure the accuracy, quality, and integrity of analytical processes and deliverables.
- Champion a customer-first approach in product development.
- Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies in data analytics.
- Uphold high technology standards and best practices across the team.
- Communicate insights and status updates effectively to stakeholders.
- Tailor communication to match the technical understanding of diverse audiences.
- Manage project tracking tools, including Azure DevOps and Salesforce.
Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential duties.What You’ll Bring to the Team:- 5+ years of analytics experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role, with a strong background in medical claims data and the ability to work confidently with incomplete or ambiguous data.
- Proficiency in Python for data analysis, including data wrangling, visualization, and statistical modeling.
- Strong experience with SQL Server for querying, transforming, and managing large datasets.
- Familiarity with business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
- Strong problem-solving, investigative, and critical thinking skills – you like to dig deeper and have a strong track record converting complex data into actionable insights/products.
- Exceptional attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and thorough validation of work.
- Highly organized and self-motivated, able to manage time effectively with the ability to manage multiple projects independently.
A plus if you have…- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field.
- Pharmacy (Rx) claims experience
- Experience with cloud analytics platforms such as Databricks.

- Technology: Reliable internet connection—if you can use streaming services, you’re good to go!
