What We’re Looking For
Trillium Health Resources has a career opening for an IT Project Development Director to join our IT team. This is an enterprise level strategic, technical, and administrative position responsible for supporting project development, project management, project education, project planning practices, and tool development, as well as system architecture development and implementation to deliver modern project management delivery practices internally and externally across the organization.

Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Software Development, Business, Management, Finance, Math, Sciences, Healthcare, Accounting, Public Administration, Education, Government or Law.
Preferred Education:
Advanced degree preferred
Experience:
Minimum of three (3) years of experience in at least one (1) of the following:
Preferred Experience:
Supervision of two (2) or more employees
Three (3) or more years of supervisory experience
Experience in more than one (1) requirement from the list above
License/Certification:
Project Management Professional (PMP) or other Project Management Institute (PMI) equivalent such as PMI-ACP. Prince 2, International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) CCBA or CBAP certifications will be accepted.
Preferred License/Certification:
Lean Six Sigma certification
Must have a valid driver’s license
Location:
Remote within North Carolina.
Must reside in NC to be considered for remote status.
