This is a remote position.
Regularly update and maintain the marketing database using online research
Organize and transform raw data into usable spreadsheets
Conduct data verification and quality checks
Assist with various admin projects as needed
Support seasonal marketing efforts and campaign tracking
Keep detailed records and provide progress updates
Recommend ways to improve workflow and processes
Experience in data entry, admin support, or similar roles
Advanced spreadsheet skills and high attention to detail
Strong organization and time management abilities
Reliable internet and quiet home office setup
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
Able to work independently and align hours with U.S. Eastern Time
