Schedule: Flexible hours
Client Timezone: Eastern Time (US)
Total Weekly Hours: 10 hours

The client is seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to help manage data, assist with marketing efforts, and support day-to-day operations. This is a flexible, part-time role perfect for someone detail-oriented and self-motivated, with a strong interest in organization and process improvement.


Key Responsibilities
  • Regularly update and maintain the marketing database using online research

  • Organize and transform raw data into usable spreadsheets

  • Conduct data verification and quality checks

  • Assist with various admin projects as needed

  • Support seasonal marketing efforts and campaign tracking

  • Keep detailed records and provide progress updates

  • Recommend ways to improve workflow and processes
