Job description

This is a remote position.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM (South Carolina / Eastern Time)
Total Weekly Hours: 15 hours

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle essential administrative and office management tasks to ensure smooth daily operations

  • Assist with HR tasks, including preparing and distributing job announcements

  • Support marketing activities and communications

  • Manage internal and external communication with professionalism and efficiency

  • Collaborate with staff to maintain operational excellence

  • Organize and manage documents and records

  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives

  • Provide administrative support for student services


Requirements
  • Prior experience in administrative support roles

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Excellent written and spoken English communication

  • Proficiency in standard office software and tools

  • Marketing support experience is a plus

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Detail-oriented, with strong follow-through

  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet home office setup

  • Availability to work Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM EDT

  • Comfort with virtual communication platforms and phone systems
