Schedule:
Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM 1 hour unpaid break
Client Timezone: UK Time (GMT/BST)
Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound prospecting activities through LinkedIn to identify and connect with potential clients
Manage and optimize sales funnels and landing pages using GoHighLevel (GHL) platform
Send targeted messages to prospects and nurture leads through digital channels
Warm up potential leads and guide them through the sales process until they're ready for direct engagement
Track and report on outreach activities and lead progression
Coordinate with the internal team for smooth handover of qualified leads
Help establish and optimize digital sales processes
Initial focus on individual self-builders and smaller clients
Potential to expand role to cover additional divisions within the group
No phone calls required - purely digital communication
Reports directly to internal team for lead handover
Requirements:
Experience with LinkedIn prospecting and social selling
Proficiency with CRM systems, particularly GoHighLevel (GHL)
Strong written communication skills in English
Experience in creating and managing digital sales funnels
Understanding of lead nurturing and qualification processes
Basic knowledge of or interest in sustainable construction industry
Self-motivated with ability to work independently
Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms
