Job description

Summary:

We are looking for an Interior/Landscaping Draftsperson to create detailed and accurate design drawings for both interior and exterior spaces. The ideal candidate for this role should have a strong foundation in Auto CAD and Sketch Up, with the ability to accurately translate design concepts into professional drafting documents. This role is critical for ensuring that design concepts are accurately translated into detailed construction documents.

Key Responsibilities:

Create detailed and accurate 2D and 3D design drawings for interior and landscape projects using AutoCAD and Sketch Up.
Develop and maintain project documentation, including plans, elevations, sections, and details.
Collaborate with design teams to ensure that design concepts are accurately represented in drawings.
Prepare and present design proposals and revisions to clients and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in design documentation.
Utilize V-Ray or Enscape for rendering and visualization of design concepts, as needed.
Manage and organize project files and documentation to ensure easy access and version control.
Role will focus 60% on Landscaping and 40% on Interior design.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
3+ years of experience in interior or landscape design drafting.
Proficiency in Auto CAD and Sketch Up for 3D rendering is required.
Familiarity with V-Ray or Enscape for rendering is a MUST.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Attention to detail and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and meet project deadlines.
Joinery experience is nice to have.

Set-up and Location: WFH
Work Schedule: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (ACST) | 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM (PH Time)
Employment Type: Full-time
