As a business operations specialist, you will manage small to large Enterprise-wide pricing and revenue initiatives ensuring successful and timely implementation. This role will be responsible for data analysis and business modeling, and the project management execution of items.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excellent at problem-solving, communication, possesses interpersonal and organizational skills, along with patience, a positive, customer-friendly attitude, the ability to work in a team environment and independently.
Position Responsibilities:
Work with Revenue, Pricing, Sales and Account Management leaders to identify and analyze pricing opportunities.
Assist with the analysis of current business pricing models and processes to identify any necessary changes/modifications/additions.
Comfortable working with large data sets, with the ability to analyze and summarize data into meaningful views for the business, including sales/partner models.
Act as overall project manager to ensure that all tasks are kept on track and are completed within timeframes.
Measure pricing strategy outcomes via trend reporting.
Qualifications:
Understanding of bankcard industry pricing, products & merchant lifecycle.
3 years experience in Business Operations, with knowledge of pricing, compensation, and project management.
Position utilizes knowledge typically associated with a four-year degree or a combination of formal training and relevant work experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
Solid Excel experience. Proven experience transforming large datasets to digestible, actionable insights. Knowledge of Google sheets /slides is a plus.
High level of problem-solving skills and the ability to set short-term direction.
Ability to own and juggle multiple complex projects simultaneously.
