Job description

Support the development of the Customer Base platform and segmentation clustering. Identify opportunities to enhance data collection and management; assist in the development of CRM programs, in line with given objectives.

Assist in maintaining of the customer platform and customer segmentation

Support the Global CRM Team during the implementation of the CRM platform

Assist in defining use cases for Sales, Service, and Marketing functions that are used as criteria for CRM processes

Support maintenance of the customer platform and segmentation clustering

Prepare segmentation reports as needed

Act as a liaison between various departments and business partners to maintain customer platform

Assist in the development of CRM programs and prepare related materials

Assist in formulating KPI drives and measuring the results

Propose and handle research and tools to improve the knowledge of the customers

Gather reports on data and industry trends relating to trade categories

Provide user support for installed CRM functionality

Assist in various ad-hoc projects

Job Specifications

Typically has the following skills or abilities:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related experience

2+ years of CRM experience and/or Marketing experience

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Strong analytical skills, results driven, good understanding of CRM systems and exposure to segmentation projects

Strong project management with a focus on execution and rigorous implementation

High flexibility and creative with a hands-on approach

Collaborative and an effective team player

Ability to regularly exercise discretion and independent judgement

Ability to travel up to 20% of the time (domestic)

Preferred Skills

Certifications: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator and Email Specialist

Proficient in data hygiene and maintenance

Proven track record of designing and deploying data-driven, personalized, multichannel campaigns to target segments

Experience creating end-to-end journeys that elevate member engagement

Compensation range for the role is listed below. Applicable salary ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. Salary Ranges: $58,656.00 - $92,328.00
