We're Hiring: Senior Financial Analyst – Trade Relations

At True Rx Health Strategists, we’re redefining the way pharmacy benefit management supports better health and better business. We’re seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Trade Relations team, someone who thrives on data-driven decision-making and has a passion for optimizing costs while delivering measurable value.

As a key partner to internal stakeholders across Sales, Underwriting, Finance, and PBM, you’ll drive smarter, faster decisions with robust financial modeling and insightful analysis. Your work will support key rebate strategies and uncover opportunities for growth and cost improvement.

100% Remote except in-office as needed for meetings and trainings

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Managing and updating drug classification files.
• Designing and enhancing reporting tools to analyze drug class performance.
• Modeling rebate and spend impacts to maximize performance and minimize net cost.
• Analyzing variance between forecasts and actuals to uncover actionable insights.
• Streamlining and automating financial reporting processes.
• Collaborating across teams to implement strategic improvements.
• Identifying new revenue and rebate opportunities within contracts and payments.
• Serving as a subject matter expert (SME) in pharmaceutical rebates and trade relations.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, pharmacy, public health, or related field—or equivalent experience.
• Preferred:
• 4+ years of experience in PBM and pharmaceutical rebates
• Strong background in financial/data analysis
• Advanced Excel, Tableau, and SQL skills
• Proven ability to handle large-scale data sets
• Strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities.
• Excellent communicator and team player with a knack for managing multiple priorities.
