Job Summary

The Data Validation and Data Entry Operator plays a vital role in supporting sales operations by processing and validating lead data that powers customer outreach. You will follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to collect, clean, and input data using internal platforms like Salesforce (Vector) and third-party tools like ZoomInfo and Surfe. Accuracy, attention to detail, and timely delivery are key to success in this role.

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Validation & Data Entry Operator to support business operations by ensuring the accuracy and completeness of key data inputs. This role involves handling bulk data, verifying its quality and consistency, and entering it into systems with precision. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with spreadsheets, CRM tools, and following structured workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and process datasets for completeness and accuracy
  • Validate information using internal tools and external sources
  • Enter data into designated systems or platforms as per guidelines
  • Identify and flag inconsistent or incomplete entries
  • Generate summary reports or outputs as required
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to clarify data points
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for task execution
  • Ensure data confidentiality and compliance at all times

Key Skills

  • 1–3 years’ experience in data entry, lead validation, or CRM operations
  • Strong Excel/Sheets skills; experience with Salesforce preferred
  • Familiarity with tools like ZoomInfo, Surfe, and bulk upload systems
  • Attention to detail and ability to work with repetitive processes
  • Good English communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and organized
  • Able to follow SOPs and instructions precisely
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
