We are looking for a Deputy CEO to join Family Office and Captive Investment fund (SDVentures), which manages an extensive globally diversified investment portfolio and takes care of our beneficiaries. Assets under management include real estate, investments into public markets (equities, fixed income, options, hedge funds, commodities, etc.), private equity investments, and luxury assets. Our specialty and focus is global venture investments! We help technological companies to become leaders and create value.
Your main tasks will be:
- Investment portfolio management;
- Optimisation of legal and financial infrastructure for investment portfolio and other SDV needs, succession planning, SDV brand awareness, SDV team management;
- Representation of the majority shareholder in other operational assets.
We expect from you:
- Solid understanding and hands-on experience in managing a broad range of asset classes, including equities, options, fixed income, commodities, hedge funds, real estate, venture capital funds, direct VC deals, private equity funds, and more;
- Proven experience with M&A transactions, venture capital and private equity investments, IPO processes, and exit strategies;
- Deep understanding of asset management strategies, including portfolio rebalancing and diversification principles;
- In-depth knowledge and practical experience with international taxation — particularly in jurisdictions such as Cyprus, the USA, Hong Kong, and the UAE — as well as expertise in legal structuring for corporate groups;
- Strong project management skills with a successful track record of executing complex, cross-functional initiatives;
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing and growing teams of 20+ professionals;
- Structured thinking with the ability to identify and prioritise key information while filtering out less relevant details;
- Result-oriented mindset with a high sense of responsibility, strong decision-making ability, entrepreneurial spirit, and a proactive, innovative approach to continuous self-development.
