Job description

OBJETIVE:

POC and responsible for the commercial relationship and effective access with key decision makers and main stakeholders of Pfizer´s key strategic accounts.

 

Effectively manage and grow a network of trust-based relationships with external stakeholders to generate revenue through genuine partnerships within Pfizer´s customers.

 

Will develop a deep understanding of the customer’s business which includes their drivers, priorities, as well as their related challenges and opportunities. T

Will maintain working knowledge of the customer’s business model, strategic goals and objectives, and their position within the healthcare environment

 

 

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Analyze the account under their responsibility with a holistic approach, planning and executing the commercial strategy and access plan
  • Assume the leadership role within assigned accounts being responsible for the growth of the accounts assigned. In this capacity, the SAM will assume responsibility for assigned strategic customers and manage each as a business partnership on behalf of Pfizer
  • Generate demand based on the understanding of the account needs to meet the targets agreed
  • Capture insights and turn these into access opportunities with payers and wholesalers
  • Provide overall account leadership to cross-functional internal. Will bear responsibility organizing and deploying the appropriate resources within Pfizer to drive value co-creation with customers and meet/exceed Pfizer revenue targets.
  • (Key stakeholder) for the segmentation and prioritization process
  • Responsible for the implementation od the inclusion strategy with payers for key products understanding that these conversations could only happen once the products have been approved

 

Requirements:

  • Academic background in Marketing, Administration or similar
  • Commercial background at least 3 years of experience in similar positions
  • Intermediate English
  • Strong understanding of key players in the healthcare universe oriented to data and analysis
  • Influential and negotiation skills
  • Solid leader able to manage wisely internal and external stakeholders
