THE POSITION
We’re looking for a technically savvy Email Marketing Specialist with strong HubSpot expertise to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who understands the ins and outs of email deployment, knows how to execute best-in-class email campaigns, and is confident navigating marketing automation tools—especially HubSpot.
As our go-to email expert, you’ll help bring our email strategy to life through flawless execution, ensuring each send is optimized for performance, deliverability, and user experience.
WHAT YOU DO
Build, QA, and deploy email campaigns in HubSpot
Maintain and optimize email workflows, nurture series, and A/B tests
Ensure all emails meet best practices for design, accessibility, and deliverability
Monitor performance metrics (opens, clicks, conversions, etc.) and recommend improvements
Collaborate cross-functionally with content, design, and operations to ensure campaigns align with broader goals
Manage list segmentation, suppression logic, and data hygiene in HubSpot

WHAT YOU BRING:
3+ years of experience working with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms
Strong understanding of email marketing best practices (timing, cadence, subject lines, deliverability, etc.)
Demonstrated success in launching high-performing campaigns for D2C brands
Comfortable building workflows, setting up dynamic content, and using personalization tokens
Familiar with basic HTML/CSS for email editing
Familiarity with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and email compliance standards
Detail-oriented with strong QA and testing habits
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Experience with segmentation strategies for large contact lists
Previous experience in B2B or B2C lifecycle marketing
Figma and Adobe Creative Suite experience
Workspace: A quiet space to work, an internet connection of at least 30 Mbps download | 10 Mbps upload.
