Primary Responsibilities:

  • Calculating commissions: Using company software to calculate commission payments for agents.

  • Processing commissions: Ensuring that commissions are processed accurately and on time.

  • Paying out commissions: Generating spreadsheets from our accounting software to upload with our bank to send out payments.

  • Resolving issues: Managing and resolving commission-related issues and discrepancies with carriers and agents.

  • Collaborating; Working with Licensing and Contracting, Case Administration, Sales and Carriers on commission matters.

  • Compliance: Ensuring compliance with company policies, legal standards and industry regulations.

  • Commission Grids: Helping keep commission grids up to date and accurate by updating when new rates are released by the carriers.
