Primary Responsibilities:

Calculating commissions: Using company software to calculate commission payments for agents.
Processing commissions: Ensuring that commissions are processed accurately and on time.
Paying out commissions: Generating spreadsheets from our accounting software to upload with our bank to send out payments.
Resolving issues: Managing and resolving commission-related issues and discrepancies with carriers and agents.
Collaborating; Working with Licensing and Contracting, Case Administration, Sales and Carriers on commission matters.
Compliance: Ensuring compliance with company policies, legal standards and industry regulations.
Commission Grids: Helping keep commission grids up to date and accurate by updating when new rates are released by the carriers.
