Position Summary:
Responsible for the IPS couplings, bearings as well as gearings products sales and promotion in region, in order to fulfill sales target and expand market share in related industry.

Major Responsibilities:
Communicate with customers to understand the market demand, promote the related products and cooperate with other department to provide the quotations or solutions in order to get orders Keep close contact with the equipment manufacturers, design institute, and manufacturer end users to provide technical solutions. Visit end users, design institute or other related companies to get the maintenance spare parts orders Develop and maintain the distributors or business partners to achieve the sales target Provide technical support; maintain customer relationship and contacts in related industry and promoted related Regal products. Follow up the sales order to ensure on time delivery with high quality. Provide payment information for customers to ensure on time payment. Comply with EHSS (environment, health, safety and sustainability) related government laws, regulations and company policy, fulfill safety duty of the position, and directly responsible for safety production of the position. 3. 拜访行业用户和设计院或其他相关公司, 争取维修备件订单
4. 维护管理和开发合适的代理商或商业伙伴,积极达成销售目标
5. 提供销售技术支持,维护相关行业客户关系及联系,并适时推广相关雷科达产品
6. 跟进销售订单按时按质完成交付
7. 为客户及时提供付款信息以保证客户付款及时性
8. 遵守EHSS(环境、健康、安全、可持续发展)相关的国家法律法规和公司政策制度,履行本岗位安全职责,并对本岗位安全生产负直接责任。

Required Education / Experience / Skills:
Bachelor degree of above, mechanical or engineering related subjects Minimum 5 years related power transmission products sales / technical service experience in industry (Familiar with bearing/gearmotor industry is preferred). Has deep understanding to related products and industries, and able to provide customers with professional sales and technical solutions Good computer skills, including Word, Excel, PPT., etc. Familiar with reading & writing in English, fluent oral English preferred. High efficient interpersonal communication skills. Independent, honest, pro-active, responsible, self-motivated, result-oriented, strong self-management ability, adapts frequent business trip. Willing and able to learn new fast, high sensitivity on new market or customers, like challenges, learn from frustrations
