Senior Technical Architect (multiple positions available)

Salesforce Inc. has multiple job openings for Senior Technical Architect in San Francisco, CA: 

Job Duties: Analyze science, engineering, business, and other data processing problems to develop and implement solutions to complex applications problems, system administration issues, or network concerns. Collaborate closely with Delivery Managers, Functional Solution Architects, and directly with clients to architect technology solutions to meet client needs. Design transformational technical solutions and collaborate directly with customers to meet their business requirements in accordance with industry best practices. Drive the creation of application and technical design documents which leverage Salesforce best practices and effectively integrate Salesforce into the customer’s infrastructure. Troubleshoot key customer implementation issues and demonstrate ability to drive to successful resolution. Lead the evaluation of business and technical requirements from a senior level. Review and correct project/program direction, approach, and key artifacts to keep programs on track and solutions extendable and maintainable going forward. Identify and proactively manage risk areas with a commitment to seeing an issue through to complete resolution. Manage customer expectations, while negotiating solutions to complex problems with both the customer and third-party partners. Build relationships with business partners, internal and external, and contributing to broader goals and growth beyond the scope of a single customer engagement. Full-time telecommuting is an option. 

Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline, and four (4) years of experience in the job offered or in any occupation in a related field, OR Bachelor’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline, and six (6) years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or in any occupation in a related field. 

A related technical degree required (Computer Science, Engineering (any field)).

Special Skill Requirements: (1) Analyzing enterprise architecture; (2) Performing root cause analysis; (3) Drafting technical software documentation; (4) Performing design, coding, unit, and component testing; (5) Salesforce Development; (6) Sales or Service Cloud; (7) Design and Implementation of software solutions; (8) Devops Tools such as GIT or JIRA; (9) Data Migrations using Data Loader or similar tools; and (10) Apex and VisualForce. 

Any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience is acceptable. Full-time telecommuting is an option.

Salary: $168,397.00 - $276,100.00 per annum.

For Colorado-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $168,397 to $276,100.

For Washington D.C based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $168,397 to $276,100.

For Maryland based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $168,397 to $276,100.

For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $168,397 to $276,100.
For Hawaii-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $168,397 to $276,100.
