What you’ll do:
The Lifecycle Marketing Manager will be data-driven and have proven success managing the technical components of omni-channel direct marketing campaigns. Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Lifecycle, the ideal candidate will support creation of new campaigns and own supporting the Member Engagement Marketing team on execution of their strategy and programs. The key to success in this role is the ability to manage multiple campaigns across several channels. Position is remote.
Responsibilities include:
Build and execute campaigns in Braze, with an understanding of HTML, CSS, desktop and mobile rendering. Experience creating multi-step touch points across Email, SMS, and Push.
Conduct quality assurance checks on campaign launches and troubleshoot any technical issues related to HTML email templates, list segmentation, and other campaign execution aspects.
Keep various stakeholders up to date on campaign status/updates, raising flags when and where needed.
Monitor email deliverability and list integrity, including initiatives like re-opt-in campaigns for unengaged audiences.
Create and maintain comprehensive process documentation for all marketing automation activities, including campaign workflows, data mapping, segmentation, and quality assurance. Oversee transitions from legacy systems to advanced technologies while maximizing existing capabilities within Accolade’s platforms.
Collaborate closely with Product and Member Marketing teams to share best practices and recommendations to improve campaign efficiency and performance.
Collaborate with analysts to ensure robust reporting to track and assess performance, driving continuous improvements across established metrics.
Identify and implement opportunities to optimize tools and processes proactively.
What we’re looking for
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, technology, or a related field preferred
5-8+ years of Direct-to-Consumer lifecycle marketing experience working with an enterprise-grade marketing automation tool (e.g. Braze, Iterable, Salesforce Marketing Cloud/ExactTarget, Klaviyo, etc.)
Strong understanding of lifecycle/CRM marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.
Proven experience executing multiple complex CRM marketing campaigns at the same time.
HTML and CSS editing capabilities, including ability to update content, add links and UTMs, optimize mobile rendering, etc.
Ability to pull performance reports and analyze the data to identify trends and optimizations. Familiarity with tools like Excel, Tableau, Amplitude, Qlik, Looker, etc.
Excellent project management and coordination skills; experience with tools such as Confluence, and Jira.
Strong communication and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to synthesize operational details into action-oriented takeaways, articulate clear problem statements, and drive business impact from cross-functional teams.
Hiring Range
$93100-$106400Annual
Actual compensation packages within that range are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific location.
