The Role:

We are seeking a strategic, data-driven Affiliate Partner Manager to join our Performance Marketing team. This person will manage existing partners, recruit high-quality affiliates and optimize performance. This position will report directly to the Head of Search and Affiliate Marketing and collaborate closely with the wider digital, content, and partnerships teams.

What You’ll Do:

  • Source, recruit and onboard new affiliate partners that align with the Monarch brand and user base.

  • Provide actionable performance feedback to internal and external partners.

  • Monitor partner landing pages and ad placements to ensure Monarch’s standards for compliance, attribution and tracking met.

  • Negotiate  and manage affiliate program terms, commission structures and campaigns with partners.

  • Monitor/conduct audits to ensure all partners are complying with SEO, paid search, copyright and trademark terms policies.

  • Assist with regular landing page experiments, paid placement tests, and optimizations with affiliate and performance marketing teams

What You’ll Bring: 

  • 3–5+ years of affiliate marketing experience, preferably in a high-growth e-commerce or B2C environment

  • Strong knowledge of affiliate platforms (e.g. Impact, CJ, Rakuten, ShareASale)

  • Experience working in a high-growth consumer, gaming, or related fields

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills—you know how to form a hypothesis, test it, and learn quickly.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal—you can clearly explain decisions, tradeoffs, and results

  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable with ambiguity—you don’t wait to be told what to do

Nice to Have’s:

  • Proficient in web analytics platforms (e.g. Amplitude, Google Analytics, Omni)

  • Existing partner relationships
