Position Overview

The Senior Account Executive will command the entire sales cycle, turning first call into multi-year, multi-seat agreements with household-name brands. The role suits a hunter–closer who thrives in fast-moving startup environments and enjoys navigating complex enterprise deals.

Key Responsibilities 🎯

  • Guide deals end-to-end: prospecting, discovery, demo, proposal, negotiation, close

  • Secure multi-year, multi-seat contracts with large enterprise advertisers

  • Cultivate relationships with senior stakeholders across marketing, data, and procurement

  • Maintain crystal-clear pipeline visibility in Salesforce and HubSpot

  • Partner closely with marketing, product, and customer success to fine-tune the sales motion

  • Leverage Gong to analyze calls, refine messaging, and share winning tactics

  • Shape positioning and GTM strategy as an early sales hire

Ideal Profile ✅

  • 6+ years’ success as an Account Executive within US venture-funded SaaS companies

  • Proven record closing complex enterprise software deals—multi-seat, multi-year, $100K+ ARR

  • Mastery of full-cycle selling, from cold outreach through signature

  • Proficiency with Salesforce, HubSpot, and Gong

  • Background in advertising tech, ad-performance analytics, or data platforms for media buying

  • Strong communicator comfortable with both technical and business audiences

  • Willingness to work startup hours aligned to Eastern Time
