We are looking for a Certinia PSA Architect to join our Salesforce team in North America.  

This is an exciting position where you’ll be driving customer engagements by determining process gaps and pain points, then rapidly designing and implementing best-in-class solutions across multiple industry verticals with a focus on Certinia PSA. Ultimately, as an Architect you will serve as the primary design owner and trusted SME for all related deliverables.  

Responsibilities:   

  • Support demand generation activities including providing subject matter expertise, thought leadership and sales cycle support   
  • Lead strategic road mapping, solution architecture, and delivery of Certinia PSA solutions to optimize resource management, project tracking, and financial operations 
  • Oversee end-to-end PSA implementations, ensuring alignment with business goals and best practices 
  • Ensure seamless integrations across Certinia and Salesforce applications 
  • Design and oversee the delivery of both configuration and customization of PSA functionalities using standard features, declarative tools, workflows, and Apex development 
  • Support performance optimization, troubleshooting, and enhancements within Certinia PSA 
  • Gather business requirements and deliver solutions that drive efficiency 
  • Identify expansion opportunities across existing client relationships   
  • Mentor and develop consulting teams on Certinia PSA 

Qualifications:   

  • 6+ years in enterprise Certinia PSA delivery and solution architecture   
  • Expertise in Certinia PSA configuration, optimization, and customization 
  • Experience integrating Certinia PSA with ERP systems such as Oracle, NetSuite, SAP, Sage and other enterprise apps 
  • Salesforce development experience 
  • PSA System Administrator or PSA Implementation Consultant Certifications are required 
  • Accounting System Administrator or Accounting Implementation Consultant Certifications are a plus  
  • Certifications in Salesforce are a plus 
  • Experience implementing Services CPQ, CS Cloud, or PSA Analytics are a plus 
  • Ability to lead large, global delivery teams in a fast-paced environment   
  • Experience in leading delivery of projects through an Agile methodology framework 
  • Outstanding relationship management and strategic planning ability   
  • Demonstrated leadership and team mentoring abilities   
  • Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation abilities
