We're seeking a curious and analytical Data Analyst to join our team - someone who is comfortable working with large, complex datasets and translating findings into clear, meaningful stories. You’ll be responsible for querying, analyzing, and visualizing data that shape our roadmap, help airline partners understand performance, and support decision-making across product, commercial, and operations teams. In this remote position, you'll transform raw data into actionable insights that drive business decisions through reports, dashboards, and comprehensive analyses. This role will be critical to helping us deliver even greater impact to our customers.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain Looker dashboards and data models that support key internal and customer-facing reporting needs
Write performant, accurate SQL queries across large datasets (e.g., passenger-level data, offer-level outcomes, revenue impact models)
Partner with product and commercial teams to identify metrics that matter — and ensure they’re measurable and explainable
Use Python (Pandas/Numpy) for more advanced or custom analytics not easily handled in SQL/Looker
Conduct exploratory and root-cause analyses to help understand business trends, anomalies, and outcomes
Collaborate with data science and engineering to validate datasets and improve data quality
Deliver ad-hoc and scheduled reports for both internal stakeholders and airline partners
Work with airline partner data (bookings, revenue, disruptions, etc.) to support ROI reporting and performance narratives
Document key definitions and metrics to support a shared data language across the company
Document processes and maintain data dictionary

Required Qualifications

Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role
Strong command of SQL — especially working across complex, relational datasets
Experience with Looker (explores, dashboards, LookML a plus)
Comfort working in a cloud data environment (e.g., BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift)
Ability to synthesize and communicate complex data clearly to non-technical audiences
Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of statistical analysis and data visualization best practices
Understanding of data warehouse concepts and ETL processes
Experience in A/B testing and experimental design
Experience using Python, especially with Pandas or Jupyter Notebooks, for data analysis and light scripting
