Job description

Hello, we are AMBOSS and we have an exciting opportunity for a Partnerships Manager, Australia,  who will be working at the crossroads of community management, communications, partnerships and sales. 

About AMBOSS

AMBOSS is a learning and clinical decision support tool striving to empower physicians across the globe to provide the best possible care. Our founders set out in 2011 to create a tool that they would have hoped to have as medical students and doctors. Since then we have grown to currently operate in 180 countries and have gained immense traction in Germany and the US. Currently, we are pursuing this mission with more than 500+ employees in our offices in Berlin, Cologne, New York, and Cagliari.


What you will do:
  • Develop a profound understanding of medical students and physicians in Australia and strive to expand AMBOSS’s presence at Australian medical schools
  • Build strong relationships with medical universities across Australia and lead conference presentations, webinars, and in-person meetings in the region
  • Manage our AMBOSSadors and key student contacts at the universities, and collaborate with key opinion leaders, student and medical societies
  • Design and implement strategic outbound marketing campaigns and initiatives
  • Monitor country-specific performance metrics for all channels  and plan quarterly reviews
  • If relevant, create and manage content material  to help tailor us to the market (e.g. country-specific study guides and plans)

What you will bring: 
  • A completed medical degree
  • Prior experience in communication, project management, or working with NGOs (e.g. student organizations)
  • Willingness to travel (40%) and to attend conferences with a high level of autonomy
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize work and implement structure
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to operate with flexibility in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
  • Prior work or academic  experience in tech, business development, consulting, sales, or marketing is a plus
