Work Arrangement: Fully Remote

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (with flexibility depending on workload)
Job Type: Independent Contractor, Full-time.

Role Overview

The Sales Portfolio Lead plays a key role in bridging the gap between initial prospecting and successful real estate acquisition or disposition. This role involves owning the lead qualification process, managing sales follow-ups, and ensuring warm leads are effectively transferred to closers. You’ll be responsible for ensuring high-quality touchpoints with potential clients, maintaining organized sales pipelines, and increasing conversion opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming leads until they are qualified and ready for acquisition or disposition.
  • Follow up with inbound and outbound leads via phone, email, and CRM workflows to nurture, qualify, and schedule appointments.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in our CRM system (Go High Level).
  • Coordinate with Acquisitions and Disposition Managers to ensure seamless lead handoffs.
  • Track performance metrics and provide weekly updates to leadership.
  • Identify and troubleshoot lead drop-off points, recommending process improvements to increase conversion rates.
  • Monitor the entire sales transaction process, from lead engagement to contract signing, ensuring a continuous and gap-free pipeline.

Requirements

Non-Negotiables:
  • 2+ years in a Lead Manager, Inside Sales, or Sales Coordinator role—preferably in real estate or a high-volume sales environment.
  • Proven experience managing CRM tools (e.g., Go High Level, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Strong communication skills and comfort making warm calls and handling objections.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up discipline and organizational skills.
  • Self-starter with a results-driven mindset and the ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously.

Nice-to-Haves:
  • Familiarity with real estate investing or wholesaling.
  • Experience working in a remote sales or fast-paced startup environment.
  • Knowledge of tools like Five9, LinkedIn, Bolto, or similar prospecting platforms.
