Job description

Re7 Capital is a London-based cryptoasset investment firm. Re7 utilises our deep crypto network and proprietary data infrastructure to drive investment decisions for a number of DeFi and alpha strategies. We also work with leading projects and blockchains to design their DeFi ecosystem, provide on-chain risk curation and vault management services through Re7 Labs. Re7 has a dynamic team with a strong background in investment management, data science and crypto.

We are looking for a talented DeFi Business Development person - your role is to support our investment funds and Re7 Labs business, scale our vaults, establish partnerships and source crypto clients who could benefit from Re7’s product suite.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain relationships with L1 foundations, distribution partners and crypto whales
  • Work closely with the Re7 Labs team with the focus on scaling on-chain vaults
  • Source clients for Re7's product suite
  • Networking, speaking and relationship building at industry events
  • Drive global brand awareness and reputation via promotional events, content generation etc

Requirements

  • Proven track record of developing and converting a pipeline of new business in the crypto industry
  • 3+ years of sales experience across Crypto, TradFi, and/or FinTech
  • Experience building relationships with a top-tier investor base 
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to create and influence a network of long-term relationships
  • Strong work ethic and results focused, taking ownership & accountability for consistent results
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of ownership
