Job description

Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC) in California

Position: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Compensation: $115,000 to $120,000 annually, plus benefits

Your Responsibilities Include:

  • Conducting weekly live video sessions for adults managing a wide range of emotional challenges.
  • Utilizing assessment tools to track symptom changes, functional improvements, and goal achievements to adjust treatment as needed.
  • Keeping accurate clinical documentation through our intuitive therapist portal equipped with digital tools to streamline workflow.
  • Collaborating with the Therapy Leadership Team for guidance and clinical insights as necessary.

Requirements

  • Master’s or Doctorate degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Social Work from an accredited program.
  • Independent licensure (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC) in your state of residence. Multiple state licenses are a bonus.
  • At least one year of experience working independently as a licensed professional.
  • Recent experience delivering cognitive behavioral therapy or similar evidence-based care for depression, anxiety, and related conditions.
  • Familiarity with and enthusiasm for integrating digital tools into therapy.
  • Commitment to providing inclusive and culturally sensitive care to all populations.
