Remote Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) – California-Based

Location: Glendale, California

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: $90,000.00 - $100,000 per year + benefits 

Job Description

We are seeking a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) who is licensed in the state of California to provide virtual therapy services to a diverse clientele. This is a remote position offering flexibility, autonomy, and the chance to make a meaningful impact from the comfort of your own space.

What You’ll Do:

  • Conduct individual therapy sessions via secure telehealth platforms
  • Complete clinical documentation in a timely and compliant manner
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and provide evidence-based interventions
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team when necessary
  • Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations

Requirements

  • Active and unrestricted LPCC license in California (Required)
  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience (preferably in telehealth or private practice)
  • Proficient in using electronic health records (EHR) and telehealth platforms
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Bilingual (Spanish, Mandarin, etc.) is a plus
