We are looking for an experienced Power BI Technical Lead to drive the migration from MicroStrategy to Power BI and provide architectural leadership throughout the process. This role combines deep technical expertise in Power BI with strong leadership and communication skills. You'll be responsible for setting architectural standards, ensuring best practices in report development and data modeling, mentoring the technical team, and delivering high-quality, scalable reporting solutions aligned with business goals.

Requirements

5+ years of hands-on experience with Power BI, including complex report development, data modeling, and DAX
Proven experience leading technical implementations or migrations from MicroStrategy (or similar platforms) to Power BI
Strong expertise in Power BI architecture, performance optimization techniques, and best practices
Experience mentoring and guiding technical teams, conducting code reviews, and setting architectural standards
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to perform detailed feature gap analyses and propose effective solutions
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
