Job Description:

We’re excited to be searching for a talented and motivated individual to join our team as our new Shipping Coordinator. This role will primarily support our new project.

Responsibilities:

  • We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual to manage the shipping of items
  • This role involves resolving common logistics issues such as lost or delayed packages and finding the most efficient global shipping solutions. You’ll also be responsible for sourcing alternative options when certain items aren’t available in a user’s country. This may require contacting customer service teams from various platforms to help resolve delivery-related problems.
  • Strong communication skills are essential - you’ll be expected to provide users with prompt updates, including order confirmations, shipping details, and tracking information.
  • You’ll also assist with managing our support inbox by responding to user questions and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • The ideal candidate will quickly become fully autonomous in managing order processing, tracking, and user communications. Fluency in English is required, while knowledge of Italian or Spanish is a strong advantage. 
  • We're seeking someone who is organized, precise, and able to communicate clearly and kindly with users.
  • Previous experience in customer service is a plus, but the most important qualities are confidence and efficiency in online purchasing and a proactive approach to keeping users informed throughout the order process.
