About You:

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Automation Specialist to join our team and drive the automation infrastructure that will support our rapid expansion. You will work directly with the founder to develop, implement, and optimize automations across multiple platforms, including n8n, Make.com, Airtable, PayPro, Google Sheets, and Typeform. Your expertise in coding (JavaScript, JSON, Python) and understanding of integrations will be essential to enhance our operational efficiency and scalability.

You will be responsible for designing and managing automation workflows, brainstorming new ideas, troubleshooting, and ensuring seamless operation of our systems. Responsiveness, responsibility, and proactive communication are critical as you'll be working in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

Key Objectives:

1. Develop and maintain automations across platforms (n8n, Make.com, Airtable, PayPro, Google Sheets, Typeform).

2. Innovate and improve business processes through automation, bringing proactive ideas to optimize workflows.

3. Collaborate closely with the founder on automation projects, providing consistent updates and insights.

4. Ensure reliability and robustness of all automation solutions with thorough testing and troubleshooting.

5. Stay updated on the latest automation tools and techniques to refine our tech stack continually.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in automation with platforms such as n8n, Make.com, Airtable, and payment gateway integrations like PayPro.

• Strong understanding and hands-on experience with JSON, JavaScript (especially for scripting within automation tools), and Python.

• Solid understanding of API integrations, webhooks, and conditional logic.

• Experience working with Google Sheets, Forms, Typeform, and other project management tools.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and logical understanding of automation workflows.

• Responsible and reliable with excellent time management skillsprioritizing deliverables without micromanagement.

• Strong communication skills, proactive, and able to collaborate effectively with a founder and team members.

• Fluency in English; other languages are a plus, but not required.

Preferred but not mandatory:

• Experience in digital marketing or social media automation.

• Basic knowledge of or interest in AI/ML applications in automation.

Compensation:

• EUR2,000 to EUR4,000/month (depending on experience, location, and added value).
