Job description

To manage and oversee all administrative operations and security functions of the organization, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, safety of employees and assets, regulatory compliance, and a secure working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Management:
  • Supervise the daily administrative operations, including facility management, office services, transportation, housekeeping, and vendor management.

  • Ensure maintenance of office infrastructure, equipment, and utilities.

  • Monitor and control administrative budgets and expenditures.

  • Coordinate with HR and Finance for resource planning and procurement of office supplies and services.

  • Lead logistics and support for internal and external meetings, conferences, and official events.

  • Maintain records and documents in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

  • Oversee travel and accommodation arrangements for staff and visitors.

Security Management:
  • Develop and implement security policies, protocols, and procedures.

  • Oversee security operations across all company premises.

  • Manage security staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.

  • Conduct regular security audits, risk assessments, and vulnerability checks.

  • Respond to incidents, emergencies, and investigate security breaches.

  • Ensure coordination with law enforcement, fire safety, and emergency response teams.

  • Monitor surveillance systems, access control systems, and ensure full coverage of security devices.

Compliance and Reporting:
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and legal standards.

  • Prepare periodic reports on administrative and security metrics for senior management.

  • Conduct drills and training sessions on fire safety, first aid, and emergency response.

Required Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Security Management, or related field (Masters preferred).

  • 810 years of progressive experience in administration and security management, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.

  • Background in law enforcement, armed forces, or private security is a plus.
